The U.S. Census Bureau has announced updates to its Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES) and the OnTheMap application. The latest update incorporates 2023 employment data, provides backfilled information for Mississippi covering the years 2019 through 2022, and features updated geography based on the 2024 TIGER/Line vintage.

OnTheMap is an online tool designed to illustrate where people live and work, resulting from collaboration between the Census Bureau and its Local Employment Dynamics partner states.
