El Paso Electric (EPE) has announced measures to assist federal employees who may be experiencing financial challenges due to the current government shutdown. The company is offering various programs and resources aimed at helping affected customers maintain their electricity service and manage bill payments.

“At El Paso Electric, we know unexpected challenges can impact the families we serve,” said Robert Heimer, Director of Customer Care at EPE. “We are committed to working with customers affected by the shutdown to provide payment flexibility and connect them with programs that can help ease financial stress.”
