Lomax, from Corpus Christi, is a consultant and founder of Texas Oyster Mariculture Consulting LLC. He also serves as chairman of the Texas Surf Conservancy and is a member of the Texas Oyster Mariculture Task Force. Lomax holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. Davis, from Mont Belvieu, works for Pappas Restaurants, Inc., serves on the Barbers Hill Independent School District School Board, participates in the National Fisheries Institute, and volunteers at Faith Family Church – Baytown. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
