IAM Union members from Minnesota met at IAM District 77 for the Minnesota State Council, according to a March 24 announcement. The meeting lasted three days and focused on issues important to working families.

The gathering brought together union representatives and members for discussions about challenges and priorities facing workers in Minnesota. The event began with remarks from IAM International President Bryan Bryant and IAM Midwest Territory General Vice President Sam Cicinelli, who both addressed key topics relevant to union members.

Organizers said the council aimed to provide a space for open dialogue on workplace concerns affecting people statewide. The agenda included opportunities for attendees to share their experiences and propose solutions related to labor conditions, wages, and job security.

Photos from the meeting were made available as part of efforts to highlight member engagement during the event.

As union advocacy continues in Minnesota, organizers say these gatherings are important for uniting voices around common goals.
