Texas Real Estate Commission announces Labor Day closure for September 1, 2025

The Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025, in observance of Labor Day.

Despite the closure, license holders can still manage or renew their licenses at any time through the Online Services portal at bit.ly/OnlineLicensingService. For further assistance during the holiday closure, individuals may contact the agencies by email at information@trec.texas.gov.

Regular business operations will resume on Tuesday, September 2.
