For residential real estate appraisers or those interested in becoming one, the “TALCB Bulletin” delivers news from TALCB covering relevant updates for current or prospective appraisers.

“Inspector Insight” is designed for current and aspiring residential real estate inspectors. It includes industry news as well as guidance specific to inspection professionals.

Lastly, “Education Connection” offers targeted content for education providers affiliated with either TREC or TALCB.
