Texas Real Estate Commission online services to be unavailable during scheduled power outage

The Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board will have their online services temporarily unavailable on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The outage is due to a scheduled power interruption at the Stephen F. Austin Building, where both agencies are based. The planned maintenance will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.
